A message dated June 17, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 282(JUD)                                                                                            
      "An Act relating to the rights and obligations of residential                                                             
      landlords and tenants; and relating to the taking of a permanent                                                          
      fund dividend for rent and damages owed to a residential
